Good to know
How many people are on the tour?
Between 4 and 10. The tour runs with a minimum of 4 guests. If fewer have booked, we refer you to a partner operator so you can still do the tour that day, or you can switch to a private day with us.
Does the flooded forest canoe run all year?
From roughly July to January, when the water is deep enough. Outside those months you still see the forest from the main boat, and the price is the same.
Is it suitable for children and older travellers?
Yes. The boats are stable and there are life jackets in both. Children under 12 pay $10 less. Boarding involves a few wooden steps; tell us about limited mobility and we will plan around it.
How do I pay?
By credit card when you book online, or in cash to your guide on the day. You can book up to 2 hours before departure.
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup, by WhatsApp or email. If we cancel because of weather, you get a full refund or a new date.
